If you are ordering a product with your custom name, dates, etc., please enter the requested TEXT e.g. "Olivia" or "The Smiths" in the Additional Information Box in the cart during checkout. 

You can pay for your order with Google Pay or by VISA, MC, or American Express credit or debit card. 

Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method, product type, print provider, and delivery destination. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the product price. Please also note that since we are a small independent business there may be a longer processing timeframe for some orders. Once your payment is processed, your order will be fulfilled. This may result in 1 - 3 days for clearence.

We partner with a network of international fulfillment centers. Once your order is placed, it is routed to the nearest fulfillment center to your specified shipping address in order to reduce the distance required for transport. Once you enter your shipping address, the cost of shipping will appear. You will have the choice of standard, priority, and express; although not all products are eligible for all options.

TOUR NOIR is an independent custom print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you, the customer, ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, TOUR NOIR offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
