DESIGN ROOTED IN the ALPS
Inspired and designed for Modern Magic Explorers.
⛰ Welcome, friend. I’m Sarah Van Hazinga Kowalczyk (yes, I know—but hey, a Van Hazinga can’t marry just a Smith ;)). I created TOUR NOIR out of a love of exploring this beautiful world—and a desire to share that magic with you.
As a curious soul, expat mom, and lover of both mountaintops and metro cafés, I’ve always believed that ADVENTURE IS EVERYWHERE—whether you’re chasing stars on a summer night with your kids, picnicking at a bellavista lookout, or sipping coffee in a cool corner of a new neighborhood.
TOUR NOIR is a space for us— explorers, mothers, lovers of beauty and wide-open spaces. All those who crave simplicity, meaning, and just enough rugged edge to feel alive.
🌍 We’re based in Basel, Switzerland, but our inspiration goes far beyond the Alps. From snowy peaks to city streets, we believe exploring can happen in the little moments as much as the grand ones. And we want to help you find joy in every part of the journey.
That’s why TOUR NOIR’s mission is to help you live beautifully, live consciously, and live your adventures.
With modern, nature-inspired minimalist goods infused with the soul of the Alps, we design for eco-conscious discovery. We seek organic, recycled, and reusable materials whenever possible, with a commitment to protect the very landscapes that inspire us.
Because when we explore with care, we preserve the wonder. Because living simply is a lifestyle—with maximum nature and minimal impact.
🧭This is TOUR NOIR.
A celebration of slow living, big adventures, and small, soul-filling moments.
